If you get through the fact the book is written in a bizarre way, you will find learning about many things you've never even dreamed before.
Now, don't get me wrong when I say "bizarre", it just that there aren't many books out there that give you leadership lessons in the form of a widely well-known fictional character.
And, of course, if you can get your mind through the idea that Santa is actually real.
"Think your job is tough? You try recruiting in, and for, the North Pole; You try retooling your plant--and retraining your people-- every year to produce the newest fads in toys; You try delivering tons of presents on a route as big as mine--all in one long night."
Taken from Santa's introduction
See what I mean? And not only that, but you get loads of jokes, and with its humorist narrative it's impossible not to smile (or in my case break down laughing).
What makes the book so unique, however, it's the fact that among all this narrative you get important lessons about leaderships. What involves being a leader. What a leader must do, and how to do it.
These are some of the lessons you'll find while reading. If you wish to read about leading others while having a good time doing so, then this might be one of the books for you.
Word of advice, though, don't mind the fact about the book being supposedly written by Santa Claus, because I couldn't stop laughing for a while when I was reading the introduction... But after a while, you'll come to realize that stopped mattering a couple of pages back. Get pass the ridiculous notion concerning the author, and you'll find yourself in a world where Santa is confiding you his leadership secrets.
"Most Southerners (everyone's a Southerner to us) only see our plant through their imaginations..."

- Focus on your people as well as your purpose
- Let values be your guide
- Plan your work
- Help them see the difference they make
- Set the example
- Remember that everything counts

PD: I wanted to do this before 2012 was over (LOL)
